NED SHOW

On Thursday we were very fortunate to have a lady named Nicole and her friend Ned come into Paihia School to talk to us about our mindsets. Ned traveled ‘around the world’ because he was on a mission to find his. An important message that Nicole told us was to Let go of the words “I Know” so you can learn and grow and you can do it with the power of yet, for example, if you kept on saying “I know” you will get a freeze brain (when your brain becomes frozen and doesn’t have the right mindset to learn more ) but when you say I don’t know it yet your brain gets a go brain (when your brain is taking in knowledge and is learning more) . Ned’s name stands for Never give up, Encourage others and Do your best. I really enjoyed the yoyo trick that Nicole showed us. After the show we made a D.L.O explaining NED, Here is mine.
